xoxoxo

new swing chair

polka dot house

bowls of polka dots (cake balls) for the guests

new big bike from gigi and pop pops

pinata time

when i asked her what type of brunch she wanted... princess, dinasour, fairy, pink... she responded polka dot so we went from there. She was amazing and so excited. Sorry the spacing is strange i tried to fix it. After her party... the high light was blowing candles out .... Keegan's parents took Maddox and the three of us jumped in the car and drove to great wolf lodge for the night. It was magic to have just a night with her and she thought it was so so so fun and loved the water slides. She was so sweet and polite and fearless.... at the bottom of each slide she would just say " lets go again"

mothers day

Ava and Maddox have brought so much joy to my life. They have made our life complete. I feel so fortunate to be their mommy and listen and watch their laughter, relentlessness, little fingers and feet, curiosity, growth and own discovery of love. The two precious souls have brought more meaning to my days than anything else I have experienced. I am trying to cherish the moments because they are growning so fast. I love you so much A.K.R and M.V.P.R, Thank you for being such incredible children.

love having amelia in town

Gavin (Keegan's youngest brother, the one K looks the most like) and his wife Amanda and their daughter Amelia have been living here with the parents while he finished up he rotations for Podiatry School. Its been such a lovely treat to have them here, nearby. We have been lucky enough to see them almost everyday. Weather for a exercise walk( think 5- 8 miles pushing jogging strollers with baskets full of toys for babies entertainment), play dates, lunch, park, transporting pee(well they saw the pee... long story but thanks Amanda), toy stores, or hanging around. It will be awful when they move for real to Seattle. Ava and Maddox will be crushed. Friday night we had the privilege to have "meals" (Ava calls Amelia) as "our baby" (this was how Ava interpreted the situation) and watch her so Gav and Amanda could go to the play off Mavs game and in return they kept both of our kids on Sunday so we could do the same (Sweep it Baby) here are a few pics from our wonderful night
